2. Select the diamond and finalize the jewelry details.
3. Once the diamond is confirmed, the designer will begin the design work; the design process takes approximately one to two days.
4. I will share the initial design with you as soon as it is ready. We can make revisions and adjustments until you are completely satisfied, at which point I will proceed to the actual production stage.
5. The production period is approximately two to three weeks. Once completed, I will send a detailed video for your review and then arrange for the final payment.
6. Regarding shipping, I use DHL Express and will prepare an invoice with a low declared value; the courier company will notify you via email when the package is shipped or arrives.
